My name is João Lino Santos. I have been a psychologist for 17 years, passionate about helping people find
their way through challenging times. I believe that empathy is the key to establishing a true connection
with my patients. My approach is based on attentive listening and a deep understanding of each person's
individual experiences.
I am a good listener and I try to create a safe and welcoming environment, where everyone can express
themselves freely and without constraints. I value dialogue as a powerful mean of exploring emotions and
